I had this idea of collaborative content development based on Wikipedia's approach. Then my boss came up with the brilliant name "Wiki Committee". Soon after, all pieces came together and today we're continuing to enlarge and liberalize our Wiki Committee in ways, which can benefit all levels of the enterprise.
